Terms & Conditions

Williams Electrical LLC
Website: WilliamsElectricalLLC.com
Effective date: 1/1/2025
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of WilliamsElectricalLLC.com, operated by Williams Electrical LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Website Information
Our website provides general information about our electrical services, including service upgrades, fixture installations, new construction wiring, and troubleshooting.
Website content is provided for informational purposes and is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation or professional advice specific to your property. Do not rely on website content as instructions for performing electrical work.

3. Service Requests and Appointments
Submitting a contact form, requesting an estimate, or leaving a message does not confirm an appointment or create a service contract. Service arrangements are confirmed directly with Williams Electrical LLC.
Availability depends on your location, the work requested, scheduling, and site conditions.

4. Emergency Service Response
We offer 24/7 service response. Arrival times depend on technician availability, location, weather, and the nature of the emergency. Immediate dispatch or arrival is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
For fire, smoke, electrical shock, downed power lines, or another immediate danger, contact emergency services or your utility provider. Do not use the website contact form to report an immediate emergency.

5. Estimates and Scope of Work
Estimates are based on the information available when prepared. Final pricing may depend on an inspection, existing wiring conditions, material requirements, permits, and the agreed scope of work.
Additional work or changes in scope will be discussed with you and authorized before proceeding, except as otherwise permitted by law or your service agreement.
The accepted proposal or service agreement will identify the work included and any applicable exclusions.

6. Payments and Fees
Payment amounts, deposits, due dates, and accepted payment methods will be stated in your estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
Any applicable diagnostic, service-call, after-hours, cancellation, or other fees will be disclosed before you authorize the related service. These website terms do not independently establish any fee.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Any cancellation charges, deposit terms, or refund conditions must be disclosed in your service agreement and remain subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits a cancellation or refund right provided by law.

8. Property Access and Customer Responsibilities
Customers must have authority to approve work at the property and provide reasonable access to the work area.
Please disclose known electrical issues, relevant property conditions, and hazards that may affect the work. Keep children and pets away from work areas and follow any temporary access restrictions communicated by our technicians.

9. Permits and Inspections
Responsibility for permits, inspections, utility coordination, and associated charges will be addressed in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
Project schedules may be affected by permitting authorities, utility providers, inspections, material availability, or conditions outside our reasonable control.

10. Warranties
Any express workmanship warranty will be described in your written service agreement or warranty documentation. Manufacturer warranties may apply separately to installed products and equipment.
These terms do not exclude or limit warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Separate Service Agreements
Electrical work is governed by the proposal, work authorization, or service agreement accepted for that project. If those documents conflict with these website terms concerning the work, the project-specific agreement controls, subject to applicable law.
12. Website Ownership and Permitted Use

Website text, logos, graphics, and other materials are owned by Williams Electrical LLC or used with permission, unless otherwise identified.
You may view and print website information for personal, noncommercial purposes. Other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires permission from the applicable rights holder.
You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or submit fraudulent or unlawful information.

13. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Review their terms and policies before using them.

14. Privacy and Communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through the website.
When you request information or service, we may contact you about that request using the details you provide. Providing contact information does not, by itself, constitute consent to unrelated marketing communications.

15. Website Availability and Liability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information and a functioning website, but errors, interruptions, or outdated information may occur.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from website interruptions, technical errors, or third-party links. Nothing in these terms limits liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability relating to electrical work is addressed in the applicable service agreement and governing law.

16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Florida law, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory consumer protections.
If a concern arises, please contact Williams Electrical LLC so we can attempt to resolve it. This provision does not restrict your right to contact a regulator or pursue remedies available under law.

17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter an existing service agreement without any consent required by law.
